Services
I specialize in the following services...
Relaxation massage is one of the most popular styles of massage therapy. Oil is applied in long broad strokes for a soothing, relaxing effect. I have taken my own approach to this popular style and sometimes blend it with more therapeutic work.
Therapeutic massage is another popular style of massage therapy. Typically speaking, the more oil that’s used, the less deep the work will be. Sometimes therapeutic work can be uncomfortable, perhaps even a bit painful– but it should never be excruciating. I have taken my own approach to this popular style and adapted it as needed.
One of the biggest perks of developing a long-term relationship with your massage therapist, the more effective I am at treating those trouble areas while spending adequate time on the areas you really love!

Most of the conditions above are a result of one issue – overuse of muscles. Muscles can be damaged in a multitude of ways. Acute conditions are most common in muscle tissues. These conditions include tears, pulls, tensions, stress, and collisions. Micro-traumas is another condition in which there is an accumulation of small tears in the muscle. Last, but not least, is hypoxia; a lack of oxygen to your muscles. Each of these conditions can cause dense scar tissue to build up in the affected areas. This scar tissue causes the muscles to become shorter and weaker, tendonitis when the tendons are under tension and trapped nerves.
Each session of RAPID N.F.R. is usually a combination of examination and treatment. In order to provide the best treatment, the therapist will use their hands to evaluate the movement of muscle tissues, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Any abnormalities in these areas are treated by combining direct tension and specific patient movements.
RAPID NeuroFascial Reset helps alleviate all of the above conditions. If you are feeling any of the above and are curious as to how RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Technique can help you, please don’t hesitate to give the clinic a call to ensure we can treat your condition appropriately.
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral therapy uses small manipulations of the skull and sacrum (the triangular bone at the base of the spine) to circulate the cerebrospinal fluid. The gentle movements can greatly impact tension and stress on the body caused by compression. Many clients find the therapy extremely relaxing both during and after treatment.
The practice of craniosacral therapy was originally developed by Dr. John Upledger in 1975. While researching the craniosacral system and cranial osteopathy, Dr. William Sutherland discovered movement in the cranial bones (the bones of the skull). Using this information, Dr. Upledger tested his theory that selective pressure and manipulation of the cranial bones and sacrum could promote the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the spinal column. From this, CST was born and is now a highly sought-after alternative therapy.
What are the Benefits of Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique. It eases tension by encouraging the movement of fluid and releasing compression in the head, neck, and spine. This movement has a great impact on the body as a whole, which is why the effects of cranial stimulation and manipulation are widespread.
We offer craniosacral therapy. Clients who have received this treatment have reported many benefits, including relief from pain, joint issues, depression and anxiety, sleeplessness, and restlessness.
Although more research on the direct benefits of CST is needed, evidence-based studies in alternative therapies and medicine have shown demonstrated positive effects on the quality of life of patients with fibromyalgia and in urinary tract control in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
Who Should Have Craniosacral Therapy?
Most clients interested in craniosacral therapy are experiencing pain, migraines and headaches, insomnia, chronic fatigue, neck pain, sinus infections, or mood disorders. If other treatments haven’t worked to relieve your pain or symptoms, craniosacral therapy may provide an alternative route for gaining relief.
Because the pressure used is so slight (less than the weight of a nickel) CST is safe for almost anyone of any age. If you have certain blood disorders or a recent head injury or trauma, you should avoid CST. Check with your doctor to make sure a craniosacral therapy treatment is safe for you.
